The Bobcat Stadium Master Plan was prepared to address the growth in Texas State’s football program and the need for improved facilities to support the University’s objective of achieving Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) status. The North End Zone Expansion addressed the need for additional seating, concession space, restrooms, locker rooms, storage and, retail space. Owner Insite was used to manage and document all key aspects of the project. This is one of four projects Owner Insite has been used on at Texas State University – San Marcos.
