This week my team launched even more new features to our project management software that we’re pretty excited about. In fact over the last few months, Owner Insite has quietly launched new features and capabilities that are making us an even more formidable competitor to some of the industries self-proclaimed “best” construction project management software platforms.
Though to be completely honest, Owner Insite is in a class of it’s own given that we are team collaborative focused platform that serves the needs of the entire construction project team including the contractor, architect, project managers and of course the owner. I mean hey, the name says a whole lot about where our software originated – HELLO… Owners! We are the industries first, and still only, owner-focused construction project management software that opens up our platform to every single stakeholder on a project.
But I digress..back to the exciting developments.
We have officially launched several key features to serve owners in a number of specific verticals including healthcare, real estate development and of course K-12 school construction.
Our new Master Program Dashboard enables projects to be grouped by location (such as city, region or even school campus) and have those budgets roll up and track against a capital budget or school bond.
“This feature has enabled our school district to seamless report our ongoing project progress to our school board in a straight-forward yet visually powerful way,” said a school superintendent of one of Texas’ fastest growing school districts.
We have also launched a cadre of customizable reports including Submittal reporting, a powerful Scorecard™ update report and custom Warranty Tracking to enable users to slice and dice data for better visibility, user-preferred formatting and simple, yet elegant out of critical construction data.
More features and capabilities are on the way but this has been a huge week for our development team as we begin to roll these new offerings out to our updated platform.
Those competitors that didn’t care for us before are really gonna hate us now as we prove once again we are the only construction project management software on the market to listen to our customers feedback and response with features and capabilities that are really needed on a construction project.
No we aren’t custom construction software, we just feel like we are.
