This week, my team launched even more new features for our project management software, and we’re pretty excited about them. In fact, over the last few months, Owner Insite has quietly launched new features and capabilities that are making us an even more formidable competitor to some of the industry’s self-proclaimed “best” construction project management software platforms.
Though, to be completely honest, Owner Insite is in a class of its own, given that we are a team-focused collaborative platform that serves the needs of the entire construction project team, including the contractor, architect, project managers, and, of course, the owner. I mean, hey, the name says a whole lot about where our software originated – HELLO… Owners! We are the industry’s first —and still only —owner-focused construction project management software that opens our platform to every stakeholder on a project.
But I digress..back to the exciting developments.
We have officially launched several key features to serve owners in several specific verticals, including healthcare, real estate development, and, of course, K-12 school construction.
Our new Master Program Dashboard enables projects to be grouped by location (such as city, region, or even school campus), with budgets rolling up and tracking against a capital budget or school bond.
“This feature has enabled our school district to seamlessly report our ongoing project progress to our school board in a straightforward yet visually powerful way,” said a school superintendent of one of Texas’s fastest-growing school districts.
We have also launched a suite of customizable reports, including Submittal reporting, a powerful Scorecard™ update report, and custom Warranty Tracking, enabling users to slice and dice data for better visibility, user-preferred formatting, and elegant yet straightforward insight into critical construction data.
More features and capabilities are on the way, but this has been a massive week for our development team as we begin rolling out these new offerings on our updated platform.
Those competitors who didn’t care about us before are really gonna hate us now as we prove once again that we are the only construction project management software on the market that listens to our customers’ feedback and responds with features and capabilities that are really needed on a construction project.
