Senior Software Engineer

Role:

Looking for a full-time senior software leader wanting to work with an innovative software company building a next generation of its platform. We have a steady and growing customer base and follow Agile principles. The environment is heavily focused on Microsoft technologies. We’re looking for a later-career software engineer who is seeking a place to settle (and not just another rung on their career ladder). This is a place to leverage your skills as a leader and continue to grow in a stable company while working with newer technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a diverse development team, including developers and DevOps
  • Help scope development with the leadership team
  • Oversee the use of CI/CD pipelines and various environments
  • Research newer technologies to consider/apply to what is being done
  • Final check on code while assisting developers to identify and resolve bugs
  • Ensure that projects are getting over the finish line on time/budget

Formalities:

  • This is a US-based FTE role. Must have the right to work in the US

  • Strong knowledge of MS Azure & .Net, Angular
  • Experience working in a small development company

Must have experience:

  • Leading teams of 3-10 developers at various levels
  • Setting up and maintaining secure infrastructures
  • Researching and diagnosing bugs
  • C# .Net
  • MS SQL
  • Front-end development
  • Building & Maintaining security layers
  • Agile development & processes
  • Positive attitude
