NXNE Apartments
Located at 14233 The Lakes Blvd., Austin, Texas, NXNE features 12 apartment buildings comprised of 370 units with over 269,000 square feet of combined space. In addition to the apartment complexes comes a large recreation area with a modern clubhouse and sprawling pool area. Unique features include a large wet pond with walking trails and a first class dog wash room. The project was developed by Ledcor Properties out of Vancouver, Canada. Ledcor initiated the project in July 2015 with an 18 month schedule for construction.
Owner Insite kept the schedule on track with RFIs and submittals in one central, easily accessible location. The data report module allowed the owner and architect to keep up to speed from afar with photo documentation, progress tracking and critical path dates. The Skybeck team reports Owner Insite makes it easy to get new team members trained and up to speed quickly. With no down time and plenty of accessibility and collaboration the project has run smoothly.
