Tacara at Steiner Ranch
Starting in October 2015, Baxter Contracting became a client of Owner Insite specifically to test drive the software on it’s latest project: Tacara at Steiner Ranch. This 246-unit class A luxury project includes 10 residential buildings and a clubhouse totaling 235,000 square feet of rentable space. The Baxter Contracting team utilized field reports from the start, uploading photos and documenting daily actions for all to see. Owner Insite streamlined R5 and submittals, giving accounting a tiered-down look at percentage complete, change orders and more. Owner Insite opened up the project to subcontractors, keeping details transparent and accessible.
